In addition, it negatively affects the well-being of all of us and the social environment in which we live. No one likes to have their conduct questioned, and each of us must always be a good example to be followed. By participating, we contribute to an ethical and responsible environment, protecting our integrity and preserving the organization's values.
What is the GNT-SROC Ethics Line?
The GNT-SROC Ethics Line is a reporting channel managed by an independent and accredited entity. It aims to allow all GNT-SROC employees, as well as its suppliers, customers, third-party representatives or business partners, to report, in a secure and confidential manner, the occurrence of irregular practices within the company. Through this channel, we seek to promote transparency, integrity and accountability in our operations, ensuring that complaints are handled appropriately and fairly.
What's the point?
The main objective of the GNT-SROC Ethics Line is to detect and prevent possible irregular practices, identifying gaps within the company. Through the reporting channel, we promote the adoption of best practices, aiming to strengthen the sustainable and lasting growth of GNT-SROC, as well as the success and well-being of our employees and stakeholders. By proactively addressing any ethical issues or inappropriate behavior, we seek to maintain a healthy work environment and a responsible corporate culture.
How can I participate?
With a simple email, you can be an active part of the GNT-SROC Ethics Line. We value the confidentiality of communications and ensure that your identity is protected if you prefer to remain anonymous. Is it safe?
The use of the Ethics Line is completely safe and under no circumstances will it be subject to retaliation of any kind against those who report an unusual situation. The operation of the Line, the entities involved and the formal procedures of the Ethics Committee are based on the protection of all those who help the GNT-SROC to strictly comply with ethical rules and principles. Thus, cases of slander and defamation are also considered disrespect to these norms and principles.
What is going to happen?
The facts you report will be previously analyzed by an independent and accredited entity, which will notify the GNT-SROC Ethics Commission of cases that may effectively constitute violations of our Code of Conduct, always respecting the confidentiality of your identity. The GNT-SROC Ethics Committee will then proceed with the formal investigation of the communicated facts, in accordance with applicable disciplinary and legal rules, with due effects.
